Max
is a great teacher, having written many books, he provides many insights that get
you thinking that maybe our (at least in my case) view of God and his purpose
for life might be a little off. I found
the book so interesting that I couldn’t put it down and managed to finish it in
an afternoon. Max thoroughly challenged
some of my ideas about how the Lord relates to people in this day and age – at a
time in my life when I am in desperate need of enlightenment and a changed
sense of purpose, this book managed to get me on the right track. The discussion guide at the back of the book
provides much food for thought and I’ll be working through this study for the
next few weeks. I believe that this book
offers much in the way of Biblical truth whilst encouraging you to discover God’s
Word for yourself. I highly recommend
this book to anybody.
